About the Directors:

Caitlin Slack has been a parishioner of Our Lady of the Mount for eighteen years.  During this time she has been a member of the choir, an altar server, member of the Youth Group, Youth Group Core Leadership Team and a CCD Teacher.  Caitlin recently graduated from Kutztown University with a B.S.Ed. in Special Education.  She is currently teaching Middle School Special Education.  Caitlin is looking forward to sharing her Catholic faith with the youth of Our Lady of the Mount.

Michelle Stapperfenne has been a parishioner at Our Lady of the Mount for twenty two years. Here, she has been blessed with the opportunity to express her love for the Lord by teaching and aiding CCD, being a part of the handbell choir and now by working with high school students as a youth minister. Michelle recently graduated from The College of New Jersey with a B.A. in Mathematics. She currently teaches seventh grade mathematics. While at TCNJ, she deepened her connection to God and her community by attending bible studies, daily rosary, adoration and mass. She also served on the campus ministry's board as secretary, Webmistress, and head of the spirituality committee. This year, Michelle hopes that BLAZE will be a fun, faith-filled way for her to share her journey towards God with teenagers.
